Circle and Boxes

When booking seats in the Circle, please note that there is no lift access to the upstairs area. Additionally, Boxes must be booked in their entirety. To reserve a Box, you are required to purchase all four seats.

Toilet Facilities

All toilet facilities are conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access.

Concessions

Concessionary ticket prices may be available for select shows, as indicated. Please note that valid identification may be required to qualify for concessions.

Ticket Pricing

Ticket prices vary depending on the production. Group or party pricing may be offered based on the visiting company’s policies. For specific details, please refer to the individual show information.

Supporting Acts

Producers may include supporting acts to begin a show and engage the audience before the main performance. As these are decided at the discretion of the production management, we may not know in advance if a supporting act will feature. For more details, feel free to contact the Box Office on the day of the performance.

Babes-in-Arms Policy

Children aged 2 years and under (babes in arms) are admitted free of charge to all live shows but must sit on an adult's lap. All other children require their own tickets at full price. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children in their care at all times.

Baby-Changing Facilities

Baby-changing facilities are available in the main foyer ladies’ toilets and the accessible toilet at the rear of the Stalls. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.

Booster Cushions

We have a limited supply of booster cushions available for young children attending a show. To avoid inconvenience, parents are encouraged to bring their own booster cushions.

Theatre Hire

The Princess Theatre is available to hire for meetings, seminars, conferences, and special events. To enquire about bookings, please contact our General Manager at 01485 532252 or email boxoffice@princesshunstanton.co.uk.

Stalls
Rows A–F: Located on flat flooring.
Rows G–K: Gently sloped, with Row K being the highest.
Green Seats (L–M): Positioned at the same height as Row K.

Wheelchair & Carer Seats
These cannot be booked online. Please contact the box office directly for assistance.

Circle Seating
All seats are tiered and separated by steps. Access is via the main staircase—no lift available. Please ensure all guests can manage multiple flights of stairs.

Boxes
Accessed via the circle level, requiring use of the main staircase. No lift available.

Confectionery

Our Confectionery Kiosk is fully stocked with snacks, chocolate, sweets, soft drinks, ice creams, lollies and alcoholic beverages to purchase pre-show or during the interval. Card Payments accepted.

Parking

Please allow plenty of time for Parking in Hunstanton pre-show.

The closest parking to the Princess Theatre is Central Car Park (PE36 5EH), managed by BCKLWN.

Charges apply 24/7, including for Blue Badge holders, so please check the meter for details. The car park currently offers a charging point for electric vehicles and one designated disability space; however, overall parking is limited, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

Disability Facilities

  • Drop curb at the front of the building for easy access.

  • Step-free access from the front door to designated wheelchair seating.

  • Accessible toilet located at the rear of the stalls.

  • Guide dogs welcome – we provide water bowls upon request.

  • Infra-red sound enhancement system available for those who are hard of hearing, with or without a hearing aid.

  • Wheelchair seating must be booked in advance. A maximum of 5 wheelchair spaces are available per event, each with an accompanying companion seat.

  • On-site wheelchairs – 2 wheelchairs are available for use; please inform the box office when booking.

  • Electric scooters cannot be accommodated within the auditorium.

Discounts, Companion Tickets and Guests using Wheelchairs We’re an independent community theatre, and while we’re unfortunately unable to offer free tickets to Access Card Members due to the nature of our venue, we do provide a 10% discount on both the wheelchair user’s ticket and one companion ticket. To book, please contact our Box Office and speak with one of our friendly team members, who will be happy to assist with your requirements and ensure everything is arranged for your visit. Please note that this discount applies to full-price tickets only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The Princess Theatre is compliant with the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) Guide/Assistance dogs Assistance dogs are welcome and can be taken into the auditorium providing they easily identifiable by wearing a vest, harness or lead or bandana. Please call the Box Office to Book and allocate your seat. Its is important you inform us this is a when booking so we can let you know about any special effects that might affect your dog’s comfort and be prepared for your visit with your Guide/ Assistance dog.   The Princess Theatre warmly welcomes assistance dogs that meet the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s guidelines. To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, dogs should be: Highly trained Calm and stay by their owner’s side Quietly seated or lying down during the show Trained to toilet on command Recognisable, often by a harness or jacket We may need to refuse or revoke access if these standards aren’t met.
